Chris Monhollen is a multi-talented musician and award winning vocalist from Clarksville, Tennessee. He has performed numerous shows and local festivals in the middle Tennessee area such as Riverfest and Rivers and Spires in Clarksville, and the Old Timer’s Festival in LaVergne Tennessee. Chris currently plays local nightspots in and around Clarksville and Nashville, along with adding Marinas to his calendar of events in the past year. Along with playing venues such as honky-tonks and festivals, Chris also volunteers his time playing at charitable events throughout the year when his schedule permits. As of fall of 2011, Chris has been a regular performer in Oklahoma traveling with his band once every other month to headline the Will Rogers Downs and Racino in Claremore, which is just outside of Tulsa. Among performances in and around Tennessee and Oklahoma, he has also won numerous competitions throughout his career and has shared the stage with many great artists. Chris was the 2009 “Beaver Country Idol” in Clarksville, and the winner of the “Lucky Break” singing competition in Phoenix Arizona at The Lone Butte Casino in 2010. 2011 brought Chris into the studio to begin working on recording his album of which three songs were written by his friend and fellow country artist Lane Turner. Chris has shared the stage with Lane, and most recently was awarded the opportunity to perform with the Country music supergroup Confederate Railroad. No matter what the occasion, Chris brings an exciting high energy show to his audience with great modern country mixed with a few classic songs and even some surprises thrown in along the way.
